“The Best Table” ~ la mejor mesa ~ is Ferry’s way of sharing his culinary experience & connections with Javea. Once per month, from March till October, Ferry is inviting a Dutch or Spanish chef-friend over to co-host a fabulous lunch together for guests, who were lucky enough to book a seat a ‘la mejor mesa’…

The Casa Colines covered pool terrace will be Javéa’s best-restaurant-for-one-day, with the chefs preparing their favorite dishes ‘on site’ in the open pool kitchen, inspired by local traditions and products.

In cooperation with Javea’s top wine boutique “Casa del Vino”, we serve the best of Spanish wines, which we hope will astonish wine lovers and connoisseurs.
