Catering at Casa Coline

We don’t have a fix menu or a specific “number of courses”.  Ferry: “I just go to the ‘mercat’ in Denia and get ideas there for what I’ll cook. Guests can – if they like – join me to the mercat. I then prepare around 8 to 10 dishes, from appetizers to desserts, so you’ll be covered for the entire afternoon or evening.

 

I cook a combination of classic-modern cuisine with a twist.

Prices for such a lunch or dinner are around €125 – €175 per person depending on the amount of people, possible requests for the menu and depending on the prices for fish, prawns. The minimum amount  of people is 6. This is excluding wines, but including water, service.

If you like I can also play music (DJ) after my cooking.

My catering is most often and preferably at Casa Coline in Javea as we have everything there but exceptionally can also be at your casa in the Costa Blanca depending on the kitchen equipment and area.
